AS SEEN ON SHARK TANK!

We are Storage Scholars, a student-run company, actively seeking Fall On-Site Managers to assist us with our move in operations on your campus. The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, abundant energy, and a determined attitude, willing to go above and beyond to ensure the successful completion of the tasks at hand.

You will receive comprehensive training, participate in a pre-operations planning meeting with your team, and engage with your executive lead. You will be planning and executing all truck-loading, unloading, and delivery for the student customer base on your campus. You are required to be on campus for the scheduled moving days prior to your first day of school. If the word “gritty” does not describe you, do not apply. This does include lifting/moving items and driving trucks.

Interns will be paid on a commission-based structure with opportunity for bonus.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following duties:

1. Loading and unloading customer belongings onto trucks.

2. Creating and implementing a proper truck sort order prior to day of deliveries.

    3. Managing inventory of customer orders through our web portal.

    4. Operating trucks for transportation purposes.

    5. Successfully delivering stored items back to student customers.

    6. Managing mover teams.

    7. Condensing storage units post drop off operations.

From this experience, you will gain professional skills such as leadership, problem-solving, and logistics coordination, as well as getting to know your fellow students on campus. We look forward to welcoming passionate individuals who are eager to contribute their talents to our dynamic team! This position qualifies you to be first in line for our full-term Spring 2025 internship opportunities.
