We are Storage Scholars, a student-run startup on your campus, actively seeking reliable and energetic Moving Coordinator to join our team. As a Moving Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with loading and unloading belongings, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining physical fitness and safety standards, fostering teamwork, and helping maximize efficiency from start to finish.

On average, our interns earn $15-$20/ hour, depending on volume.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with Loading and Unloading: Help load and unload boxes and other belongings onto and off of moving trucks with care and optimal efficiency. Ability to move items up to 30lbs with the assistance of dollies.
  2. Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to our customers ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable moving experience.
  3. Physical Fitness and Safety: Adhere to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols at all times to prevent injuries to yourself and others while effectively completing moving tasks.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow college students and team members in a supportive and positive work environment.
  5. Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility to work around your class schedule, with opportunities for evening and weekend shifts.
