We are Storage Scholars, a student-run company on your campus, actively seeking Recruiting Interns to assist us with our 2024 campus recruitment. The ideal candidate is well-connected on campus, self-driven, has an eagerness to learn, and a dedication to growing a business.
This position will allow you to dive into the world of recruitment, where you'll engage in various operational tasks, from candidate interaction to administrative support, learning how to source the right candidates, attending HQ pipeline meetings, and even having the opportunity to lead your own interviews. As a key support to our team, you'll help handle job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and more, gaining invaluable exposure to recruitment processes and setting the stage for future growth within the organization.
Not only will you gain valuable knowledge and experience to set you up for success in the professional industry of recruiting, you also earn an uncapped commission, receiving $50 for every hire sourced through your efforts.
